ABOUT LAUREN

OWNER AND LEAD DESIGNER

Lauren is the founder and lead designer of Lauren Elizabeth Interiors. An accredited interior decorator and proud member of DDA Canada, she brings a refined yet approachable perspective to every project. With a background in managing a boutique renovation company and staging luxury homes, Lauren blends strategic function with timeless beauty.

  • A lifelong learner, Lauren is continually expanding her knowledge and is currently focusing her studies on neuroaesthetics—the science of how our environments impact emotion, cognition, and well-being. She believes that thoughtfully designed spaces have the power not only to elevate daily life, but to heal, restore, and inspire. Her work is grounded in the belief that design should feel as good as it looks—centered on emotion but built for real living.

    Lauren Elizabeth Interiors is also expanding into commercial design, bringing this same emotionally intelligent and wellness-driven approach to workplaces and client-facing environments. Whether residential or commercial, each space is crafted to support human experience at its core.

Meet Julianne, our Design & Office Assistant extraordinaire ! Her journey into the world of colour, pattern and personality began in her childhood home. Surrounded by bold hues and wild prints, her coffee table was piled high with design magazines and wallpaper books—and every vacation turned into a hunt for art, furniture and decor. Coupled with her lovely personality and savvy admin skills, we are beyond thrilled to have Julianne as part of our team!
